Each single-user Nanos license comes with a CD disc containing the Nanos software and a booklet explaining how to install it and how to do the first steps in Nanos. The Nanos software itself contains an extensive Help section with numerous chapters on all the things you can do with Nanos. This Help section is located directly on the main menu, so it's quick to access. Wherever it helps, chapters are illustrated with graphics.
